Akhil Akkineni who impressed with a few second cameo in the climax of Manam is now all set to debut with his full-length film.  The first look posters of Akhil's debut flick Akhil was out and already started trending on media.

Going by the first look poster we can say the film is going to be a socio-fantasy  unlike regular commercial entertainers. From the minute the posters released there was a discussion about the tagline...'The power of Jua.' 'Jua' is not an English or Telugu word. It is a Swahili language word used in Africa.As per reports Jua means Sun in Swahili language.

The  language is widely spoken in African countries like Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Congo, Zanzibar, Somalia etc.  We have already reported that the film was majorly shot in South Africa.As per sources the film is something related to Sun God.

Divorce Rumours on Handsome Actor

Bollywood handsome actor John Abraham  has become target of media from past few days with baseless rumors of him getting divorced. Gossip mills are abuzz with reports that all is not well between John and his newly married wife Priya Runchal

Today John responded on the rumors saying everything is beautiful in his marital paradise. John said "I was doing a comedy film but I did not know that comedy was happening outside my life. The couple got married during New Year Eve of 2013 while vacationing in the US. As per rpeorts the couple have reportedly been living separately for a couple of months as Priya is in US pursuing her higher studies and the actor is in Mumbai for films

A Girl named Jae West who is a survivor of eating disorder stripped at Piccadilly Circus in London for a good cause. The motto is to celebrate her body and imperfections, only to motivate and inspire others to do the same.

The text on the placard reads - 'I'm Standing for anyone who has struggled with an eating disorder and self-esteem issue like me.  To support self-acceptance draw a love symbol on my body'.

As per statistics of Centre for Appearance Research 2012, About 60% of adults feel ashamed of the way they look. Jae West is trying to make a difference with her dare-bare act.

The video went viral on Youtube within few hours and already joined the million views club.

Actor arrested following Ex-Wife Complaint

Gannavaram Police arrested TV Artist Baaji in Jubilee Hills Yesterday over family disputes.

While the shooting of Tele Serial 'Swathi Chinukulu' was happening near Chiru Blood Bank at Jubilee Hills Road No.1 on Wednesday, Gannavaram Police reached the spot with the help of Jubilee Hills Cops, arrested Baaji who was then shooting for it and shifted him to Gannavaram.

Apparently, Baaji's Ex-Wife Soma recently lodged a complaint with Gannavaram Police against her husband. A case was registered under Sections of 380 and 406 of Indian Penal Code. On what grounds did Police file a complaint is yet to be known.

Baaji has earlier played the lead in Tele Serial 'Aadade Aadaram' and worked as Character Artist in few feature films as well.  

Senior Director Caught With Senior Heroine

Journalists who had gone to the office of a senior Tollywood director chanced upon an intimate moment when a senior heroine was sitting in the lap of the director and cuddling up to him.

This heroine has acted in many films of the director and to the general public, their relationship was always perceived as that of a guru-shishya.

Seeing the journalists’ barge in, the duo was shocked and quickly freed themselves from one another.

Although, they remained tight-lipped, it finally cleared one big dilemma for the media: that their relationship was more than that of a guru-shishya.

Viral Video: Woman Sarpanch beats up 3 People!

            

A woman sarpanch and her aides had allegedly beaten up a Dalit man and two other woman  in Dhurkot Kalan village on July 27th this year. All the three of them were thrashed brutally over a land dispute. The Sarpanch's Son himself recorded the harassment and post the video on social networking sites. 

As per Suresh Kumar's version, He along with her colleague went to other colleague's house to recover Rs 2,000 she borrowed from them. Sarpanch and her men attacked them for no reason and they were later tied up to a tree. 

Manpreet Kaur, one of the victims, complained to District SP about the attack. A Case under sections 342, 323 and 148 of Indian Penal Code has been registered against Sarpanch, her son and 6-8 others at Ajitwal police station. Special Teamed were formed to nab all the accused in the case. 

The Woman Sarpanch, however, defended her actions by saying she often received complaints about some bad elements coming to the village and action has been taken when some suspected people entered the village.

Political Leaders have been mounting pressure on cops to withdraw the cases against the Woman Sarpanch. In return, Police threatened the victim to take back her complaint or face a drug case. When Media questioned about the inaction against accused, Cops skipped the question saying the case is under investigation right now.

Real reason behind Kajol's Tears

The other day Bollywood's heartthrob heroine Kajol has left from an event quite abruptly. She was present at the screening of her sister Tanisha's play but the left the event suddenly after speaking on a phone call. Her eyes went teary after speaking on the call, and she left in no time.

Many wondered what has happened and several speculations started doing rounds after her crying exit. Not the one reasons published by media sounds true in the case. Real fact is that Kajol and Ajay Devgan's younger son Yug's health made Kajol cry. Suddenly his body temperature caught raising to abnormal level and that started upsetting Kajol on phone itself. For that reason, she has cried. Kajol's husband Ajay Devgan confirmed this.

Drunk Man misbehaves with Senior Heroine

Raveena Tandon who was in Los Angeles recently to perform at an event on the eve of India's 69th Independence Day had a pretty bad experience. One of the Organisers who is allegedly drunk misbehaved with the senior actress just because his kids weren't allowed to travel in his car for security reasons. It was only after she alerted the security the Orgnaiser was sent outside. 

Sharing her experience, Raveena Tandon wrote: "In LA after two glorious days, of spending the Independence Day celebrations- sadly a bad ending. All was going well. Till a drunk got on stage. Some chap called Neeraj Agnihotri started misbehaving and making nasty remarks."

The actress felt bad that this drunk man has spoilt the amazing experience he had meeting some very nice people in the USA. "The problem sometimes with some events is that you cannot please everyone. The ones who can't have their way/feel insulted retaliate ..As far as people go.. Have always tried my best to do good work," she explains.

IAS harassed at her own sexual harassment hearing!

Many young ladies are braving all the problems and are getting places as IAS officers, the most coveted bureaucratic position in the country. But even after the elevation they are being faced by sexism and sexual harassment.

Recently we have seen Outlook Magazine publishing a sexist cartoon on Telangana IAS officer, Smita Sabharwal. And now Chhattisgarh cadre Riju Bafna, another IAS officer is at the receiving end. She was harassed by Santosh Chaubey, Aayogmitra of MP Human Rights Commission flooding her with indecent messages.

When she braved and complained about him, a certain lawyer named Lalit Sharma behaved rude and insensitively to her when she went to the court to record her statement to the judicial magistrate. Lalit was offended when the lady wants her statement to be recorded in private as she was not comfortable giving it before so many people in the court.

Man sucked into airplane; video goes viral!

With the increasing technology, sharing and spreading of news has become a lot easier and faster and after the spread of a video, via the instant messaging application Whatsapp, featuring an airport staff at Gulf getting sucked into a airplane’s engine nacelle, the credibility of the shared news is being questioned.

The video is alleged to be a CCTV footage and although there have been a few claims that it is fake, it was discovered that in 2006, an incident like this occurred at the El Paso International Airport in Texas.

Another incident happened in the year 1991 during the Gulf War where an officer was sucked into the port intake of an airplane. While the authenticity of the video has not yet been confirmed, pictures shared along with the video state that the engine nacelle was covered with flesh and blood.

                  

Popular star to play Gay character?

No known popular actor or star has played a gay character on screen and in a serious sense. There has been the instance of Abhishek Bachchan doing such parts but it was merely an act within the film rather than playing a real character. But that is about to change soon!

It is heard that popular star Akshay Kumar will be seen playing a straight up gay character in an upcoming film called Dishoom. The film stars Varun Dhawan and John Abraham in lead roles and is directed by the former actor’s big brother Rohit Dhawan. The director apparently considers Akshay Kumar a lucky mascot and wants him to be part of the film.

Rohit has therefore created a special character for Akshay Kumar which will be gay. The star is game for the character and currently the dates are being worked out as Akshay is extremely busy actor. If he goes on to be part of the film, it would be first for a star in India to portray that role.
