This might not be first of it’s kind of faux
pas we’ve heard about being delivered wrong orders by the online retailers like
Flipkart and others. But this one stands different. The customer who had to
undergo anxiety because of the wrong delivery was threatened not to reveal the
faux pas.
One Chiluveri Srucheran of Jagityal,
Mehbubnagar district of Telangana got two mangoes for his order of smartphone
for which he had even paid via his credit card. Every time he complained on the
wrong product delivery to the customer care unit of Flipkart, he got a
different answer.
After repeated complaints to customer care,
he finally was paid back by warning that his order would be cancelled if he
approached social media on their failure to deliver the ordered product.
Finally Srucheran had no other way but to approach consumer court on the issue
which had put Flipkart on defence losing the confidence of customers big way.
