Over 30 Police Complaints registered against KCR


The cash-for-vote episode is getting muskier day-by-day. Post the leak of audio tapes, As many as 30 Police Complaints have been registered against Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao across Andhra Pradesh on charges of tapping the phone of Chandrababu Naidu.


T-News airing the audio tapes of conversation between Chandrababu Naidu and TRS nominated MLA Stephenson on Sunday night is the reason behind the huge number of police complaints. FIRs were registered in 11 out 13 Districts of AP. Even AP Ministers and MLAs lodged Complaints.  



In all the complaints, KCR was named as Prime Accused. The other names to feature in the FIRs include ACB Director General AK Khan, Telangana Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy, YSR Congress chief YS Jagan, Stephenson, Managing Directors of T News and Sakhi News Channels. Cases were registered under sections 26B of the Indian Telegraph Act, 120B, 153A, 166, 167, 170, 464, 469, 471 of Indian Penal Code.
