industry but not having money to pay rent.Kannada Rocking star Yash is accused
of defaulting on house rent payment for the past four years. Yash Accused of
Defaulting on Rs 21 Lakh as Rent and the owner of his hourse Muni Prasad
approached the court over the issue of non-payment.
After
reviewing the case the court has issued a notice to the actor. The actor, who
rented a five bedroom house in Bangalore’s Katriguppe since 2010, has defaulted
Rs 21 lakh till now.
Based on
a complaint by the landlord Muniprasad, a lower court has issued a notice to
Yash and his family to appear before it on Saturday. The landlord also accused
the actor and his mother of verbally abusing him when asked for rent.
Meanwhile, Yash mother Pushpa has denied Muniprasad’s allegations, saying he
never approached them for rent. They said that the allegations were false and
that they were ready to pay the rent.
