Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt who is serving his
jail term in Yerwada Central Prison in Pune has applied for parole yet again
inspite of the protests from Social Organisations.
Office of
Divisional Commissioner confirmed the news of Sanjay Dutt filing an application
seeking 30-day parole. Jail Authorities were yet to take a call on the the
actor's furlough application.
Tada
Court has imprisoned Sanjay Dutt to 5 years in Prison for illegal possession of
arms during 1993 Mumbai serial blasts. He already served 18 months prison in
the 90s and currently on the track to complete the remaining period. Until now,
Sanjay was granted 118 days of parole for reasons like health issues and illness
of his wife Maanyata.
Few
days ago, Maanyata informed media that her husband would be out of prison
in December 2015 if there are no glitches. If this is true, what's the reason
behind applying for parole again?
